One evening while praying with my husband, I had this impression. He was praying something about the power of the Word of God, and my mind was just gone ... I began to see a sword that divided light from darkness, freedom from bondage, truth from deception, life from death. The sword was like lightning coming down from heaven, the separation was so amazingly clear, I hope I was able to grasp it on the painting and transmit it just as I received it.
The Word of God leads us to Truth, Freedom and into His marvelous Light. Thank you Jesus!

I wanted to make something special for my little son, after I had painted the butterfly for his little sister I thought to make something for him now that would be different and not just another painting. He loves boats and airplanes and cars, so I decided to make him a boat to hang in his room as well. I try to find different ways of improvising a boat, looked at different materials but found nothing helpful!, one morning while in between prayer in between dreaming I had the idea to make the whole thing out of self made paper, so I did. Everything is made of paper, old advertisements and egg cartons... The boat comes out of the picture, you can not really see it in this picture. I created some sort of elevation with old kitchen tissue carton rolls. The colors are simple, although I use different paints. Because it has a very thick surface I had to use watercolors to color the paper while still wet, once it was almost dry I used acrylic to cover just the surface, so it has two tones of the same color when you look at it closer, hehehe I am sorry you can not really see this details from far. It was challenging but I was encouraged to imagine my boy's smile once it was done, hard work done just for him!

I made this picture for my daughter. I was hoping to find something delicate and beautiful, in truth the original picture is amazing but it is hard to grasp and copy the amazing creation God has made. I did not mean to have any deep meaning for this picture, I just wanted to love my daughter and make something special for her, but I was surprised by little details on the winds of the butterfly. I would have never seen them before if I would have not being trying to follow the many lines this butterfly has. I invite you to try and find the singing chorus. I was astonished and had to only believe once again that nature declares the greatness of God in every way, there is worship and praise constantly taking place in front of our very eyes. Thank you God for such amazing reminders of your awesome creativity and love for us!
