Frozen wild berries yogurt

I love ice cream, but every ice cream brand I find, adds too much sugar. I guess I have just not mentioned ... I recently discovered to be intolerant to sugar, that is why all my world has changed into figuring out how to live without sugar. This journey has led me into a wonderful new world of possibilities and flavors; I could not be more thankful for such an experience!
Still, I like ice cream, specially on very hot days, I crave the refreshing coldness and fruity flavors of the ancient Italian artisans. There is nothing like enjoying a scoop of Italian ice cream, hmmmm yumm yumm! I live on the Caribbean, not in Italy so I better stop day dreaming and get myself to the fridge and try this recipe again!
Delicious plain yogurt, please use the whole milk one, not the low fat, you need the richness in texture and flavor from the whole milk one. To that, some organic frozen berries, hmmm there is no need of sugar to a pile of well ripe berries ...
For now, I have a regular blender, it would be better to use a food processor instead.
If you are not able to find one, then be merciful to your blender and give her a couple of breaks in between, help her with a spoon in between breaks. Try to separate the frozen berries as much as you can, don't throw a gigantic ball of frozen berries, be gentle to your blender.
Yumm!

Ingredients
2 cups of Plain yogurt (whole milk)
2 - 3 cups of frozen berries, the more you are able to add to it the more fruity it will be.
